Meet Rasmey & Crystal
We are passionate about health and well-being. We started off by helping our close family and friends balance out their lifestyle through the convenience of having meal preps prepared for them on a weekly basis. This enabled our family and friends to save time, become more productive, and overall success in maintaining a well-balanced diet.
As young busy parents ourselves, we understand the struggles of staying on top of a nutritional program and assuring our family is consuming high quality and nutritious meals on a daily basis. Spend more time doing the things you love, and leave the meal prepping to us.

We operate in a fully licensed shared kitchen in Huntington Beach, CA - Hana's Kitchens. Our team takes pride in implementing a HACCP Plan and follow Good Manufacturing Practices in our food processing methods. You can be assured that your food is prepared in a safe, clean, and qualified environment. Oh, and btw our team loves what we do!
